“Noonbah” is a working cattle property at the top of the world renowned channel country.

It is run & owned by the 4th generation Emmott farming family, and has been in their care for over 100 years.

We would love to share the unique outback beauty and wildlife with others.

Now offering the Old Schoolhouse, this old, corrugated iron cottage has been expertly renovated into modern accommodation with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

We offer self contained camping at one of two secluded waterholes.

Your pets are welcome to visit with you, there is fishing, and you can enjoy a camp fire by your campsite.

We offer half day natural history tours, tailored to your interests, with maximum 4 people.

Its $240.00 for the group to enjoy this tour, including homestead smoko.

All funds raised support our native wildlife rehabilitation work.

Noonbah is located 2 hours south west of Longreach.

The last 56kms of road to Noonbah is unsealed and subject to weather. Give us a call on the morning of your travel to check conditions.
